Collaborative robot

A collaborative robot is a robot that can work side-by-side with humans because it has no sharp edges or corners and stops immediately if it touches an obstacle. This means that there is no risk of injury when working together directly. Technically, this is made possible by built-in sensors. Thus, when using collaborative robots, no protective fences are necessary as is the case with other industrial robots.
