advintec TCP is a fast and precise robot tool calibration system, which can be used stationary as well as on the robot. It can also be used for the measurement of rotationally symmetric components. It is manufacturer-independent and can be used for all robot types and enables tool calibration in up to six dimensions. The aim is to ensure the continuous correct working position of different robot tools. The robot program is automatically corrected for the tolerance deviation and ensures that the robot tool always works at the correct position.
